Is It Normal

hey guys
my two pregnant female guppies gave birth about 25 little fry and the females still have that garvit spot is this normal? and also i feed my fry liuifry no2 is this ok or do i need to start with liquifry no1 the move to no2 becasue they seem to eat liquifry no2 just fine :) any advice appreciated thanks

the gravid spot should fade soon. also , livebearer fry are capable of eating surprisingly large particles for their size - so any liquifry will do ( though i would think that for guppy fry liquifry is not necessary , i have no experience using liquid fry foods )
 
ok thanks for the advice appreciated so i guss after all liquifry no2 is just fine.
 
The females will always have a gravid spot. It's where they have their reproductive organs, where they store eggs, and sperm, etc. They'll always have a colored gravid spot. It just gets lighter once they've given birth. :)
