Is It Fin Rot?

Hi all,

I was looking at my guppies the other day and thought they had fin rot, so I left it a couple of days, just in case, and decided today that I would dose the tank.

I look at them and they either have a grey-ish or black line around the edges of the tails..

Stats A=0 Ni=0 Na=~7

The black line does it look red.
Had it happen to mine in the past I would add a bacterial med to the tank.
What are your water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

No, just black, sometimes looks grey-ish.
Have added Ektol by JBL
Ammonia; 0, Nitrite; 0, Nitrate; ~7
