Is It Easy To Start A New Fishkeeping Club?

i have had a look online and the only club in my area wont accept under 18s i am thinking of starting a new club specificly for under 18s but i was wondering how easy it was. Do you have to go through any special processes? How much will it cost me? Will i need an adult to supervise?

Does your school support clubs? Like do you have art club or computers club at your school? It's possible you could get a fishkeeping or pet club started at your school with the help of a teacher, that would be the easiest way.
