Is He Cold?

Hi all, just a quick question. My Betta's tank is at 25 degrees but the last week or so I've noticed he rests a lot on the suction pads of my heater, kinda so he's wrapped round the heater. Do you think he's cold or is he just resting?

What's the ideal temp for a Betta?

i keep mine at 26, although my DTPK is at 24 and loving it, maybe he is just lazy
