Is Glosso My Best Option For What I'm Looking For?

I'm looking for a short foreground plant that ideally stays below 3-4". I Know glosso stays small, I have some in another tank that's only about an inch. Is there any other carpeting plant that stays small? I know hair grass and dwarf bbts get relatively tall..
