Yes, it is big enought i had a pair of angels in one and they bred. but then i upgraded to a 100litre tank and added more fish.

It is nowhere near big enough for one angel nevermind a pair.

I've kept 2 breeding pairs in a 20gal tank, divided in half, 1 pair each side. Though only to spawn, not to attempt to parent raise.

If you want the angels to parent raise then 1 pair in a 20gal would be a minimum
