Ironstone Gravel Ok To Use?

So I have this gravel but what I need to know is if I can put it in the tank even if I dont have real plants? I dont want it to hurt or effect the fish. Will it be ok to use?

Yes, it's fine. I suppose there may be a chance that it could affect your pH, but I can't find anything definite on that. You could test it yourself; get two jars and fill them both with water and add the gravel to one. Leave for a day or two and then test the pH of both jars, and see of the one with the gravel is higher.
