K, this goes along with my other post.
I've been adding the recommended dose of seachems iron every 2nd day for two weeks and havent noticed an increase in iron.
The test kit I have is a nutrafin test kit, I know Nutrafin test kits can be unreliable.

My lfs's dont sell any other iron test kits other than the nutrafin one.

Can anyone tell me a reliable test kit?
And if online retail stores such as big al's have them?

THanks!

Don't get me started on test kits! :D

Iron test kits are possibly the most notorious for giving false readings. IMO you don't need one. Look at your plants, they will let you know if they aren't getting enough iron.

This link will help you identify deficiencies.

Good luck!

Hehe, I was just lookin at that one earlier.
Ya, thats what Ive been told by most people...to just look at yer plants.
thanks for the info guys! :D

i use this one and couldn't do without it.

i tried the "plants will tell you route" but bu that time it's too late. if you want optimum growth & health for your plants all the time use this one
