invetebate tank

i have an extra tank and was thinking it might be cool to make it an invetibrate tank with snails and shrimp and stuff like that could you guys give me some ideas for some good tankmates

like you said, snails and shrimps

any kind would work, as long as you keep adequate stocking levels.

Most inverts come out at dark though, so there might not be much activity during the day

Ghost shrimp are inexpensive and interesting to watch. They are active all day and mine swim up and grab food near the surface or just glide around with their legs going like crazy.

You could also have a crayfish or 2.

I have a fiddler crab in a small tank but they need to get out of the water sometimes so that may not be optimal for your situation.

African Dwarf Frogs are cool too.

I just had some colored Apple snail eggs hatch if you want some in a month or two you could have a few if you pay shipping or could get to Ohio.
