Cheer up, the worst is yet to come. ~ P. Johnson
Seeing as I only ever lurk in this section of the forum, I figured it would be time for me to actually post something for a change.
First I'll introduce 'our' dog. Meaning it's my families dog and I only see him when I go to Holland. I spend pretty much all my time in England right now, and go back home once every 2 months or so, just for 2 weeks. Needless to say, I quite miss my pets (including fish). Today I asked my mum to email me some pictures, I'll share them with you all =)
The pictures are of our dog, Boy. It might sounds a bit weird to you all, it being an english word rather than name, but in Holland it's a perfectly normal dog name
He'll turn 8 next year, though he still acts like a big puppy. We found him in a rescue center when he was around 4 months old. Me being 11 at the time didn't quite take to him right away ... we'd just been playing with 6 young boomers and I'd completely fallen in love with these tiny little dogs. Then the woman brought in the dog that we were soon to adopt ... he was about 4 times their size and just didn't look like a proper puppy anymore. I wasn't too impressed with my parents for picking him at the time. However, once in the car on the way home he made it very obvious that he did like me by pulling my hair out of my head all through the 2 hour drive home. And to be very honest, I started to quite like him
He got his name 'Boy' that car ride as well, his dad was called ' Sunny Boy ', we left the Sunny bit off and just stuck with Boy for him.
Anyways! ... Here's some pictures of him taken autumn this year.
He absolutely loves running after sticks, and then chewing them up. He will however insist on bringing you all 3+ pieces of stick in the end for you to throw again. Once he loses a bit of stick he'll search for hours at a time to find it again, though usually it's when we return next day that he'll find it.

Edited because 'someone' was complaining about my spelling
