Introducing myself

I have a 30L tank with 5 Endlers in it. It's my first tank, and I'm really enjoying it.

Thank you! They're my first fish and because it's a small tank they'll be my only fish. But I've fallen in love with them. They sit on my desk while I work from home and are a delight. Their colours are awesome.

Hello and welcome to the forum When you get a chance post a picture or two of your tank.

Here you go! They're in a Biorb Flow (the rectangular one not the round one which I know isn't a good environment for fish) and with man made decos, although I'm rethinking whether to put some plants in (I have some ammonia problems which I've posted about elsewhere).

Very nice, they’re different endlers to what I had before, I had black bar endlers.

But I really like both types, am biased I guess

Incidentally I had the bio orb flow tank as well, with 5 endlers in it too!!
Only difference really is that I put in live plants. Almost the exact same setup as me from years ago!!

My other half has a big tank and knows what he's doing far more than me. He recommended Endlers for this tank, and said no more than 5!

By the way, are these endlers all males? Best that way to prevent breeding and getting loads of fry.
