Interpet Flora Boost No.2 - Safe For Inverts ?

Hello,
Plants were getting a bit "stringy" so I bought some Interpet Flora Boost No.2 and not seen my japonica shrimp since ! Is it safe for inverts ?
And are the doses listed in the leaflet accurate ? I put 20ml into my 4' 12" 15" tank and the water has been red for days, just done a 50% water change just in case...

Im looking in the booklet and normaly it would say if it wasnt safe, cant see it no where.

I had the same problem with the water staying stained even though it says it will clear naturally in a few hours.

How many litres is your tank?
