Interpet Antifungus & Finrot (strange). Help

I've just out some Interpet Antifungus & Finrot 8 in my tank as 2 of my rainbow fish seem to have funny mouths (1 has a bit dangling and both are growthy like fungus). As soon as i've put it in the tank as per the instructions, (all my fish were fine before i put it in). My ram and 2 clown loaches have completely lost the ability to swim. My clown loaches normally swim for cover when they are out and someone goes near the tank, now i could touch them if i wanted, and they just cannot swim, like they have been paralysed down one side. My Ram just can't swim full stop and just seems to be floating about. Both my catfish are swimming about the tank, they are usually nocturnal, and most of the other fish are cramped at the opposite end of the tank to where i put the treatment in and are very subdued. This seems very strange!! Any ideas???

Have you increased aeration in the tank.
You havent overdosed have you.
I would dilute the med down with a water change.
Mouth fungus bacterial, not sure if the finrot med any good on mouth fungus columnaris, even though it says it treats it.
Anti internal bacteria med by interpet and pimafix.

Want to look at size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Wondering if the fish are really ill and the med made them worse, as they to weak to handle it.

Also, i've just noticed my 2 catfish (suckermouth) have started fighting(really bad) since i've put this in. Normally they don't come out until nightime and they are usually quuite peaceful.

Are the fish darting about as thats a sign that the fish not handling the med.

Fish:


2 catfish
2 rainbow fish
5 neon tetra
5 barbs
2 swordtail (1 pregnant)
1 ram (looking not good)
3 clown loach (all at the side of the tank usually under large wood with cave)
2 black skirt tetra
1 rtbs
1 dwarf guarami
1 mollie

Fish very subdued apart from catfish.

How long have the fish been like this since you added the med, as when you first add a med fish can act strange for a few minutes.
Did you increase aeration in the tank as med reduce 02 in the water.
Have you overdosed the med by any chance.
Dilute the med now with a water change.
