Hey guys, I need a new filter, I have a choice of two

either

INTERAL ALL POND SOLUTIONS 1200L/H http://www.allpondsolutions.co.uk/aquarium-1/aquarium-filters/internal-filters/1200l-h-aquarium-internal-filter.html

OR

ULTRAJET 3337 EXTERNAL CANISTER FILTER 1000L/H

The internal is £19.99 and external is £30

which one would you get??

A decent external all the way :good:.

+1 but mostly because of the space internal's take up in the tank. I found my internal to be totally silent (much to the detriment of my fish when I didn't realise I had turned it off for three days).

External without a doubt!!!
Ive got an APS1400 UV filter and its great. Good sturdy build quality, easy to clean and never gone wrong in over a year!!! Unlike my Fluval 304 which has leaked everywhere, bit flimsy & cheaply made despite being more expensive!! .
Also look at SunSun external filters as they cheaper still but basically its an APS filter and from reviews ive read are just as good as!!
