Does anyone have experience keeping these fish?
My understanding is that they do best in small schools with only 1 or 2 males. What ratios have people had luck with?
I'm also curious how they do with fry, specifically apisto fry. The last thing I want is a little group of fry hunters scouring the bottom, which I've heard emperor tetras (totally different genus/species) are known for. Or worse... ending up with a bunch of dead tetras as the mother apisto defends her brood.
Any knowledgable advice would be appreciated.
