Injured tiger barb

We have 2 tiger barbs and 2 green tiger barbs in a 120l tank. One of the tigers has an injury on one side and is lying upside down on the bottom of the tank. Every now and then he rolls himself over and swims about, but then he falls down again. Is there anything we can do for him?

yes
first issolate him, if you don't have a hospital tank, a bucket with heter and filter will suffice.
you need to raise the temp to 84f (29c) and treat with a combination of melafix(seals wound) and a wide range anti bacterial medication (treats the swin bladder problem s/he has), like myxazin.
I wouldn't recomend adding any kind of salt unless you have aquilibrium to hand.

What about salt baths The Wolf? 15 minute baths in a 1% Salt solution.

Not sounding to good i'm afraid sounds like he might of damaged his swim bladder.
