Injured loach

My 4 yo clown loach had a growth spurt this week and scraped their back. I'm treating with melafix aand got bigger hidey holes. Hes looking stressed but just started treatment today after noticing the abrasion late last night. Any more recommendations. The rest of the school is trying to pile on her but she's also the alpha

looks like columnaris, which needs an antibiotic.

Don't use melafix with bettas in the tank, the oil damages their special lung.
