Injured Cory

One of my cory's seems to have bumped his head and skimmed some scales off. He has a tendency of rushing around the tank and I'm assuming he's bumped his head on one of the monuments I have which they use as a cave. The bump seems to have caught one of his eyes as well. Is there anything i could do to help him. I don't particular want to medicate the tank as the last time it caused problems with oxygen and it irritated my clown loaches to a point where i thought i might loose them. I have a smaller tank with a betta in - would it be worth moving the cory into this tank. i carry out 20% weekly water changes and did this only the day before last? Any help would be appreciated.

Put him in a hospital tank until everything works out.

How many gallons is the main tank.
How many fish and which type.
Can we take a look at your stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,,and ph.
