I recently introduced 2 Ghost Shrimp into my tank to clear up a bit of Algae I had growing around the bubble tube, but they've eaten it all now, and I'm worried incase they have nothing to eat and starve.

Is there any way I can boost the algae growth in my tank, so that they have a constant source of food?

you can have some of mine :D :D

Seriously though... get some rocks and but them in water in the garden in direct sunlight... once they have algae on - take one out and put it in the tank (might be good to rinse it first) then when its gone, swap it for another ;)

I have to encourage algae in my hillstream tank and I do it by leaving the lights on longer than normal (from 8am - 10.30pm).

Does the trick for me. I doubt the shrimp would prefer prepared foods to be honest if algae is what they eat naturally.
