I've had such a rough summer that I never got a chance to properly pay tribute to all of the fish I lost over the last 4 months. I lost so many fish this summer it broke my heart and I was all set to give up bettas for good. But I decided that giving up wouldn't solve anything and i needed to forge ahead and continue to take care of these animals that i love so much. so this is a tribute to all of those who were lost in the past 4 months. May they all rest in piece.

thats sad to lose so many in such a short period, hope the future is more successful...

I'm so sorry for the loss of all those beautiful Betta's.
:(

such a shame, i'll miss seeing pics of those gorgeous guys and girls, sorry for your loss *hugs*

That's awfull, sorry for all your losses.
If you don't mind me asking, what kind of beta was Butters? A crowntail?
I don't know much about different breeds.
We usually only get the most common type of betas (not sure what thye are called), I have only ever seen one crown tail here.

Oh wow; I am so sorry you had to go through that many losses...

They were all very beautiful!

i believe Butters is HM or halfmoon and the common ones you are reffering to are VTs or veiltails like the red guy in my sig
