Hi all,

Just wondered if any one (probably importers) can help me with this one.

I am just filling out an imports form that covers me for 12 months and allows me to import from outside the EU however it askes for the address of the first destination in Britain. Does any one know where that would be or at least how i could find out

I have tried google but seem to find sweet f a

is that the first destination of the import- i.e your house/fish house? I haven't got a license but it could be that...

Thats what i thought but no its where it first reaches British soil. Like where it is shipped to before it comes to me. Its some sort of customs thing

yer thats what i thought. One Thai bredder said he would ship to my airport another used a shipping company similar to Parcelforce. This is why i thought it best to ask on here i thought someone might know

if the forum is fruitless you could always ask kev at KG Bettas? He might be able to tell you?

i dont know if it applies to small shippers, but you would need a clearing house company at the airport were the boffins look in your box and check it is what it is and all is legal and above board

Oh right i think i have heard a little about that. Sorry to be a pain but do you know how i would go about getting in touch with them or at least find out where my closest one is

if you phone information at the airport they should be able to point you in the right direction i guess, i dont deal with any directly so i couldnt give you a name or number im afraid

the animal intake place is in london, so most likely there, if you email kev (www.kgbettas.co.uk) he should be able to help
