Immediate Help Please!

My female molly, who I bloody love started to give birth today, she has yet to release any fry but she is dialated. Now her gills and mouth have stopped moving, obviously she's not breathing...

What to do...Do I get my dissection kit out to save the fry??

She's dead.

Opened her up to save the fry, they weren't even fully developed. They were still inside their little eggs.
