I'm New Here

Hi, my name is Peetsi. I live in Eugene, Oregon. I have a 25 gallon tank. I started out with 4 Platys. They had babies. I've saved 10. They are about 4 months old. I also have a Pristella Tetra, 2 dwarf neon Rainbows. 2 of my females died, The one left is pregnant, I euthanized one with clove oil. I tried everything I could to make her better. I think they had wasting disease. Most of my babies have a curved spine which the LFS said it was because I had to give momma some meds for ich. All my babies are female so I took my male Platy and put her in a 10 gallon tank. I'm afraid if the babies got pregnant they would die giving birth do to there curved spine. I felt bad for the male since they all like to live in groups so I put my larger Rainbow in there. They don't bother each other but the Rainbow does not like being in this small tank. swims back and forth. Maybe I should put him or her back and find another fish that my male would like and not feel so alone. I also have a Betta that my mom bought me 2 days ago, which I wasn't planning on any more fish for awhile, especially a Bette. But she is in a 5 gallon tank I had already set up with nothing in there and he is doing great.

I have a 10 gallon hospital tank and I'm hoping I don't ever have to use it, but it's there.That's my story, sorry it was so long.

Oddly enough I have a very close friend that just moved to Eugene from Charlotte, NC the first of November.

I see that your group is "Validating". You need to go to the email you received when you registered and click the link. Until then, you will only be able to post in the Newbie and Beginners sections.

I opened up my e-mail and copied and pasted the link. I keep getting an error happened. This is what it said.

One of the data fields contained the incorrect type of data, please double check the URL or data you entered into the form.

I did it a couple of times. What I'm I doing wrong

Oh and tell your friend if she wants to e-mail me and talk about whatever she can. Let me know and I will give you my e-mail

I'm not sure what the problem may be with the validation link. PM one of the mods and they can do it manually for you.
