Im New, And Need Some Hints And Help

Hi, im new here.

I new (Or thinking about) becoming a fish-keeper. Im intrested in mostly in the Black-blotched Porcupinefish, I wanting to keep one of these. I have used FishBase on infomtion, but it did'nt help. These are the things I need to know

Is the Black-blotched Porcupinefish fresh or salt water?
what is the Black-blotched Porcupinefish's diet?
What filter will I need?
Is it associted with Ciguatera Poisoning?
Wht is it's depth?

Google really would be your best option for all these basic questions if you want to know more specific species info then you can ask them in the appropriate sections (eg if it turns out to be salt water then ask in the marine section etc)...It sounds like a marine fish but i couldnt be sure
