I'm I overstocked?

I got a cool B) present today from my dad... he got me a couple beautiful yellow tail male guppies I was planing on getting some cory's before this *surprise*, but now I'm afraid I can't because I have too many fish.
I now have 9 fancy tail guppies (male and females ) in a 10gal tank. All my lvls test good and all the fish seem to be doing great, plus I do frequent water changes. Tell me whatchya think, please

They are small fish and with frequent water changed I think you will be fine.

You can add a few more fish in but once the guppies start to breed... you should get a new tank or give away the fry...

I can't make up my mind whether I'm looking forward to them having fry or not I'm getting a new tank for Christmas though
