I have as of recent been having problems with my planted tank. The main problem is with my polysperma. The old leaves form little holes that slowly grow bigger until the whole thing just rots away/picked off by me. It only happens to the leaves that are atleast a month old, all the new growth looks extremely healthy and it's still growing fast (Too fast for me :shifty:)

It's in a 20 gallon tank with a 36 watt 10,000k CF bulb over it... 0 Ammonia/Nitrite and Nitrates are somewhere around 5-10ppm. With a hardness of about 8dGH, any help would be appreciated!

I think it could be a lack of potassium, a common sign of this is are wholes forming on leaves and them increasing over time. Do you feed your plants at all? Regular doses of trace ferts should stop this, if it is a potassium problem.

I have been putting in some Seachem Ferts (Iron, Potassium, and the broad spectrum one) as it says on the bottle... guess I will do Potassium every three days not four :)
