Ill Cichlid Help Mee

i have a group of ten Metriaclima estherae ( think there the rite ones ) and i have a male which has always had like an up turned belly like hes nto putting on weight but hes been fine for a year nearly but now ive just noticed his head and rest of body are very very very skinny and u can see the skull and bones because of how skiiny he is hes swimming around but quite slow and dosile, none of the other fish hav any symptons or illness's

tank is a vision 260 all stats are fine and all fish are fine? maybe an internal infection/bacteria is there any product i can buy??

(he does go for the food and is eating) it puzzles mee

My first thought is parasites of some type. I'd suggest posting in the emergency section, they should be able to get you straightened out.
