Ill Beta's Can Anyone Advise?

My beta's seem to be head down in my plastic plants, they look dead, then the next minute they are swiming around, is there anything wrong or are they ok. It just seemed like odd behavoir to me.

Can anyone advise me??

Are they female betta's.
How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite, nitrate, and ph.
Is the fish bloated.
What do you feed the fish.
What does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet.
Headstanding can be swim bladder.
