I'm not familiar with liters, but if my calculations are correct that's only about 7 gallons...I would think you could comfortably fit 3 adult platies in a tank that size.

I would disagree and say that anything under 10gals is too small for platys, guppys can go in a minimum 5gallons, but i'm not sure what 28 uk litres equals in US gallons.
