looks like a Aul. ngara (flametail peacock) or an Aul. hansbaenschi(red shoulder peacock)...it would be a lot better if you post it or enlarge it...It`s a pretty nice looking peacock though....

I am certain that its from the Aulonocara family.

I got them in my tank.
