Recently I had a really long episode of ich in one of my fish tanks... which means now... a good number of my plants are looking sad so I would rather replace them then wait for them to grow healthy again.

I intend to keep my moss balls and my anubias nana.

Oh, I have a 60 litre Interpet Fish Fox which is relatively square (the two front corners are rounded). There is no point showing you a photo of what it looks like at the moment as it isn't good after the medication.

What would be a good idea for a square tank.... would it be better to do the sides towards the middle... um like an arch... or would it be weird to do the middle and the fish swim around it? Part of me think I should get a big anubias (not sure what they are called but I have them in my community tank), they are taller with big leaves.

That is as far as my thinking is going at the moment.

I've always had tall plants in this tank... like hygrophilia polysperma, then changed to bacopa and java ferns. I think I need a new look.

I do have a few ornaments which I am not attached to... though I think I will keep that little broken vase decoration as one of my fish likes to sleep in it. I also have natural multicolored gravel which I like.
