Ideal Temperature

I'm setting my (most likely) betta tank up and I was wondering what are the idea temperatures is 22 degrees, 72 farenheight suitable?

needs to be higher, about 27C, they prefer it warmer =]

It's arguably about 78-81 , give or take some. It really should be no less than 76 and no more than 82. It should only be over 82 when they are sick and you're trying to cure them.
