Nice find!
Looks to be a Chuco species, probably microphthalmus.
But, it seems to have features that arnt quite in line with the above fish. How big is the one in the photo?

iv been looking for one of these cichlids for a LONG time. If that is your fish, I envy you, Oh so much.
