Id Sharks

I've got two ID sharks and some other fishes in a tank and I just started to feed them frozen blood worms. I've been feeding them dried worms and flake food since I got my fishes.

Anyways, i'm curious which food is best for the fishes to help them grow faster? I am particularly interested in getting my ID Sharks to get big. They are about 3inch.

The local pet store told me that I should feed them frozen blood worms since ID Sharks love it and they will get bigger fast also.

I was wondering if there is any truth to that since most local pet stores try to sell things and sometimes say things that is not true.

I would feed it frozen blood worms cause then bettas eat it to and you said that the id shark eats it to so then it gets bigger.
