Have been a long time since i said anything here..
Anyway, can someone help me id this fish
Ps. I am 90% sure that it is a butterfly fish but what kind??

Wow! He's beautiful Chewy! What an excellent looking fish!

As for an ID...I'm not good with marine fish. About the only thing I can identify is a Clown Fish. BUT, if I was going to make a guess, I'd say maybe a juvenile Wiebel's butterfly (Chaetodon wiebeli). Just a guess...I'm probably wrong.

I don't know too much about sw species but it looks like a species of Tang to me.

Racoon Butterfly

Out of all of the butterfly species I could find, this is the only one that looked even remotely like yours.. the others are either crosshatched or without stripes.. this one has spots, so I doubt its the same species, unless it is a mutt of some sort.. such as a spot between a solid butterfly and a racoon.

That was a lot of butterfly species, sorry I can't say I found anymore than that.
