Id Please?

i,ve been given a name for a fish to be something along the lines of a "silver belly spotted....(something)".

i've seen a blurred picture of it and its yellow on top and has silver belly (obviously) and about the size of a "yellow tail blue damsel".

Does snyone know from this what it could be and maybe have a clear picture?
