Id Plant?

Here are some pictures of it, it was free from the LFS. The girl was going to throw away four runners, and I told her I'd take them because they seemed to be in decent shape. They were pretty rotten looking, but I figured I could hopefully salvage them in my newly planted tank. Here are some other pictures as well. I'm completely new to this whole thing, and I am trying to keep it somewhat low-tech. I have about 45 watts to 37 gallons, about 1.2 WPG, and with it being a column tank, we'll see how it works out. The first 2 are sword plants it appears. Looks like they snipped them off the mother plant. Dunno why they would want to throw them away. They look perfectly fine to me. Some leaves look to be dying, but overall, not shabby.
