Id On These Please?

Got these off my grandad who's shutting down his tank. Can anyone give me an id on them?

The first one looks like a type of Hygrophila (maybe difformis)...the second some sort of Bacopa. Don't take my word for it though.

The first one looks like some sort of Limnophila, not sure on the second one.

1) ceratoperis thalitrichoides
2) hard to tell but it looks to be a bacopa, rotala or hygrophillia sp.
can you get a better pic of the leaf?
