Id And Sex These Please

Hi there.

As you can see here i have an angel and a blue ram. The angel i am wondering what it exactly is as it was just sold to me as a black angel but i suspect its a black lace?

Also regarding the ram im having a hard time sexing it as ive read several places that the second ray on its top fin is tallest if it is male, well this rams ray is only half the size of the 3rd and 4th rays.

That was fast lol, thanks, oh and before anyone posts saying you cant sex angels etc etc i know that, i only want the id of the angel and ram but the sex of the ram =-)

black lace is the cross of a black angel with a silver angel...you would see in the fins striations....your angel just looks like a black angel, possibly a double dark as i dont see any markings...in any case, it doesnt change a thing if it's Black Lace, Black Ghost or Black (dd), as the care and everything else is the same...beautiful fish

female gbr's have a pinky/purple stomach, so as said above its a male

I agree with the double dark idea as ive looked pretty closely at these and they dont have any markings whatsoever on them.

Im trying to find myself a few females for the male GBR so he can pair off but at the moment pickings are slim.
