Ick?

i have a balloon Mollie from Petco, and i noticed that when i bought it it had like white scales on her head, it looks like her head is dry, then after a couple week it started to move back and back, and now its like grayish. i bough ick guard from Petsmart on Thursday i think, and nothing has happened. is it something else than ick?

Please post in the fish emergencies section for a faster response, I'd also recommend posting a picture of the fish along with stats of the tank, i.e. Ammonia/Nitrite and Nitrate levels, if you don't have a test kit you can ask the fish shop to test a vial of your water for you.
