? Ick....

Hi...
I have 3 bleeding hearts and I think they have the Ick, I didn't notice it until I did the 25% water change, they didn't have it last night & really didn't notice anything early this evening, I'm new to this stuff I really don't know, I have 21 different fish in the same tank, I don't have anyother tank to put the hearts in, will the others get it to? Will it kill them? WHAT DO I DO........?

If a fish has whitespot you need to treat the whole tank.
Whitespot looks like the fish has been sprinkled in salt.
