ok so it's been about a year since the last outbreak of anything.
I noticed my loaches flashing last night and today I noticed about 5 dots on a clown loach during feeding time.

How long should I treat to really make sure it's gone? Also do I have to treat half strength due to the 2 clown 1 yo-yo and 2 Angelicus botia's?

How about otto's how do they fair with ick meds.

I'm gonna raise the temp in the tank and vacum it good before I put in the treatment.

That's good, yes give it a gravel and water change before you add the med, should say in the instruction if certain fish can't tolerate it or half dose, just follow in the instruction on the box on how long to medicate for, good luck.
