Ick Clear problem

Hello.
Well one of my fish has ick and i treated them all with Ick Clear made by jungle and i put a 1/2 tablet in (2) 1/2 g tanks and a full tablet in a 1g tank and the water is REALLY blue!! Will it kill my fish.

If it was what the directions said to put in, then you should be fine. I personally use the liquid stuff so I can be sure I get it through the entire tank. How long ago did you put it in? often, right after you add it the water will be very blue of a few hours.

well i put too much because i can barly see thew the water. i put it in about 8:10 eastern time and cleaned some of the water out and replaced it and it is a little better.

dont do that!!!!! dont take water out! leave it alone ... you want to treat the fish right?!?! if you added like 2 extra drops its ok! i once dropped the bottle of ick cure into my tank and m water was darkblue but here i am 4 months later happy healthy fish!

you have to put the ick cure back that you to out! add a few more drops (if you didnt already) cause your not suppost to do a water change that early!

Honey, read the directions on the back of the package next time. If my memory serves me, one tablet is meant to treat 5 gallons... not one gallon.

Edit: daudy_dojo -- Jungle Ich Clear doesn't even come as a liquid... didn't you read the original post? It comes in tablets.

lol i dident have the box so i changed 3/4 of the water

One tablet is for 10 gallon. I have the box and it is written there.

well i toom out 3/4 of the water and replaced it with fresh water and now it is a very lite blue

.....No. He severely overdosed them to begin with, so replacing some of the meds he look out would be a no-no. You don't use a tablet meant for 10 gallons in a one gallon bowl

when i do that... i cut the tablet up... i didnt know he put a whole tablet in there 0.o wow
