Ich

My oscar had ich and a seperated him and now he's better but now I notice that the 2 silver dollars in the large tank also have ich. In the tank there are an oscar, 2 silver dollars, 2 giant danios, 2 blue gourami, 2 tinfoil barbs. It's a 55 gallon tank. Should I medicate the entire tank or should I seperate them and medicate?

Treat the whole tank, turn temp up to 30, cover with a blanket, good luck, don't forget to remove black carbon.
