Ich?

I recently noticed a few white spots on my Lemon Tetra tail. I have 6 - Tetras in my 10 gal. The other fish don't have any signs of ich, if that's what it is. Should I wait a while to see if it really is ich, or should I start medicating right away? Could it possibble be something else? I change my water once a week and my ammonia levels are 0. I don't know what the nitrite and nitrate levels are. Thanks

it usually showa as a dull dust coat and will affect all .
the next step is noticable spots all over .
often you will notice it on the fins and tail first.

So I guess it's the real thing. I don't really want to medicate unless I'm really sure, but I guess it would be better to treat earlier than later. Thanks
