Ich!?!?

I have a betta and red coral platy in a 5 gallon tank with a filter. Water is clear, and water levels, amonia stuff like that is good. But I noticed on my platy that on his tail he has like three small, small white dots. I'm pretty sure it's ich. What should I do? Seperate, and......???

If the spots are the size of a grain of salt you need to treat the whole tank for whitespot.

Increase aeration.
Remove black carbon from the filter.
Raise temp to 30.
Add the med to the tank.
