i recently bought two male guppys from petceters and now one has ich, little white grains of salt looking.

I quarinteed him at the moment but i have NO medications or a means to get any! what do i do???

All you can do until you get your meds, is... up the temperature to 28C so the white spots fall off, you should always wait until the white spots have fell from the fish before starting the treatment..

Usually the spots will fall off within 48 hours (mostly after 24 hours)

this will bide you a bit of time to get the med.

Make sure you take your guppy back. It would make more sense to treat the tank, and get a new male guppy. instead of trying to get the already sick one better, which might not happen.
