I'm not sure about this but it seems that my clown has Ich . I noticed small tiny white dots on its fins today and was wondering what are my options...

I was going to go to the LFS today to purchase a commercial brand Ich remover but I heard about mixing garlic with the food it eats. My questions are...

-What kind of garlic? (Does normal household garlic work?)
-How much garlic?
-How do I mix it?

Do I have to seperate the clownfish from the rest of the fish. Or will the other fish be ok with the treatment eventhough they dont have ich?

In the TFF pinned topic. It says that maracide is for freshwater use only. Will it still work?

Yea, sorry, I assumed clown loach rather than clownfish myself. I guess the pictures in your sig should have been the dead give away.

Today I checked up on my clownfish after I soaked there food with garlic. The ich is going away! ...Well atleast I think it is. He still has a few tiny tiny tiny dots but much less noticable then before
