After a few hours after treating some of my barbs and yo-yo's with ich, the loaches begin getting VERY hyper and rubbing the rocks almost non stop. Did the med do something to ich that would bring out this behavior? they were rubbing before butt not near this much. Also, one of my yo-yo's damaged his nose/mouth region during this. they are swimming around franticly at times and i believe this is when he damaged it (possibly on lace rock). This just shows their behavior after a few hours on meds (Jungle Parasite Clear, recomended by friend as some of the best he had used).
Also might be helpfull to know, before treating the loaches were not showing many signs of the ich, it was after that is showed up twice as much as before. Which might make this a bad thing. The barbs colors seem to start coming back after the treatment and began schooling together now. So not all fish went nuts.
so the questions
Is this a good sign? is it forcing the ich out possibly causing them too itch more than usuall or something?

The med could be irratating some fish, but if they haven't gone pale through stress they might settle down in a while, you did add the correct dosage, have you increased aeration.

the treatment was originally for my barbs and rfbs and all seem to be back to normal. 2 barbs are still at a slight loss of color but it is improving daily. I do agree that this medicine did stress the loaches somehow. Since the barbs are now doing better and almost cured, in 24hrs if all is improving the same do you think i should try and put everything back to normal and see if the loaches will clear up?

or would this just lead to another outbreak?

Does this parasite clear have any warnings about using it on scaleless fish. I believe you are supposed to use a decreased dosage with scaleless fish(like clown loaches)
