Ich/pop Eye

I have been treating a tank for Ich for 2 weeks, which appears to be going, I last dosed this Saturday. I now have a fish with pop eye, can I treat this as I have internal bacteria med or will it counteract?

Would it help if I gave the fish a salt bath and does anybody know how???

Water change and run black carbon before you add the bacterial med, it would be best to issolate the fish for treatment if you can, salt will be no good for the eye.

How long should I run the tank with the carbon back in before I treat with internal bacterial med.

Usually it two days, but can't wait that long if its popeye, 12 hours say.
